Registration & Monitoring Essentials
40 documents plus a READ ME FIRST start-here guide. 33 Word, 7 Excel registers. Instant download. Yours to edit and rebrand.
Who it is for: CHSP providers, Category 1 to 3 registrants, and associated providers or subcontractors delivering under a head provider’s registration. If you are registered in category 4 or 5, including for CHSP services, Quality Standards 1 to 4 also apply, and the documents for them are in the Personal Care Provider Library.
Highlights
- No Quality Standards audit applies to categories 1 to 3, so this is not a standards pack. It is the document set for the obligations that do reach you.
- Covers the conditions of registration that reach every provider: rights, Code of Conduct, incidents, complaints, worker screening, privacy, records and service agreements. The Support at Home money and care management documents are in the Personal Care Provider Library.
- Seven Excel registers that turn the policies into the evidence an assessor actually asks to see.
- Plain English participant editions for the documents a participant is meant to read themselves, including a welcome pack for every new participant.

Bought the wrong pack? Contact us within 30 days and we will credit what you paid towards the correct one. You pay only the difference. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Every policy and procedure opens with a compliance mapping table: the obligation, the exact provision of the Act or Rules that creates it, and the section of that document which addresses it. Forms, templates and registers carry a mapping note or READ ME sheet citing the provisions they evidence. When an assessor asks where a requirement is met, the answer is at the front of the document. Every row can be checked against the compiled legislation in about thirty seconds, which is the point.
Delivery
Files download straight away from your account as editable .docx and .xlsx, listed by document ID, with a READ ME FIRST start-here guide. Replace the placeholder fields with your own details, drop your logo into the marked box at the top of each Word document, and they are yours to use in one business.
Currency
Every policy, procedure and register carries the compilation of the Act and Rules it was mapped to, currently Aged Care Act 2024 Compilation No. 2 (C2026C00301) and Aged Care Rules 2025 Compilation No. 11 (F2026C00970), so you can always see how current your copy is. Every change we make is listed in the document change log.
This is a one-time purchase of the documents as they stand today. It does not include updates for later changes in the law or official guidance; corrections of errors are free. When the law moves we re-stamp and amend the affected documents, and those new versions go to anyone holding a current currency membership. The membership is for pack owners: join within 30 days of buying a pack and the first month is free, then $29.99 a month; otherwise it is $89.97 a quarter (prices effective 01/10/2026). You can cancel at any time. Cancelling never takes anything away from you.
