When a change affects a document you own, the new version appears in My documents. No download limit and no expiry.
What changed, in plain English
Each update tells you which provision changed, which of your documents it touches, and what you may need to do in your service. Every change is also on the public document change log, so you can see the record before you join.

Many changes are registered months before they start. We tell you what is on the way, so you are not reading about it the week it begins.

When an assessor asks how you keep your policies current, a dated record of every check is part of the answer. Your own review and implementation are the rest.
The arithmetic
One changed document pays for the month.
Apart from free corrections of errors, buying a document again is the only other way to get a version updated for a change in the law or official guidance. In a month when a single aged care document you own changes, a $29.99 month of membership costs less than buying that document again at $39.99.

The monthly currency check
A quiet month still gets a result.
Some months nothing that affects your documents changes. That is a result too. You see which sources were checked, which versions they were at, and the date. When something did change, you see what, and which documents were updated.
We cite the compilation, not the concept. Each aged care policy and procedure already has a compliance mapping that names the exact provision it answers to, so a change to that provision is traced straight to the documents it affects.

What changed. Program Manual v4.4, chapter 16.4: the delegate approval step is removed and "approved" becomes "submitted". Affected documents are listed in your account with the new version.

What to expect, plainly
- Updates follow the law. There is no set number of updates. Some months several documents change, some months none do, and the currency check tells you which.
- Join within 30 days of buying. Join within 30 days of buying a pack and the membership is free for the first month, then $29.99 a month. Join later, or rejoin after a membership has ended, and it is billed quarterly at $89.97 every 3 months. A document bought within 30 days before you join is brought up to date straight away. Documents bought earlier are covered for changes published after you join. To get today's version of an older document straight away, buy it again.
- Cancel any time. Cancelling stops the next payment. Every document you hold stays yours, at the version current on the day your last paid period ends.
- Templates, not advice. The membership keeps the templates in step with the sources we name. It is not legal advice, and it is not a guarantee of registration, audit results or compliance. How you apply the documents in your service is your decision.

Who can join?
The membership is for Chapter & Clause pack owners. Add it when you buy a pack, or join later from My documents in your account. It keeps whole libraries in step, which is where it makes sense.
Why does joining later cost more?
Monthly billing is for members who join within 30 days of buying a pack and keep their library current from the start. Joining later, or rejoining after a membership has ended, is billed quarterly at $89.97 every 3 months. It keeps the membership fair to members who pay every month. You can still cancel any time.
What if nothing changes in a month?
You still get the currency check for that month: the sources, their versions and the date they were checked. A month without an update means nothing affecting your documents changed.
Which sources do you check?
Aged care: the Aged Care Act 2024, the Aged Care Rules 2025, the Support at Home Program Manual, the CHSP Program Manual and official guidance from the department and the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission. NDIS: the NDIS Act 2013, the NDIS Rules, the Practice Standards and the pricing arrangements. The currency check names each one with the version checked.
Does it cover my state's laws?
Where a document names a state or territory variation, such as worker screening or work health and safety, we keep that reference current. We do not track every state law that might touch your service.
I have edited my copies. What happens to my edits?
Updates arrive as a new version, and your edited copy is left alone. The change note tells you exactly which sections changed, so you can bring your edits across. If you get stuck, contact us and we will help.
How do I cancel?
From your account, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops the next payment. You keep every document you hold.
Is anything included for free without the membership?
Yes. If we find an error in a version you hold, the corrected version is free for everyone who owns that document.
