What you actually get

No subscription needed to use the documents, nothing to install, no consultant on a retainer. Whether you buy from the aged care library or the NDIS library, you download editable files and they are yours to use in your business.

Editable files, not locked PDFs

Policies, procedures, forms and templates come as Microsoft Word (.docx). Aged care registers come as Microsoft Excel (.xlsx). Nothing is supplied as a PDF you cannot change, because the whole point is that you make these yours.

Open them in Word and Excel, or anything that reads those formats. Google Docs and Sheets will open them, though some table formatting shifts.

Two libraries, built for two sets of rules

Same format discipline and the same placeholder approach. Different legislation, so each is built to what its regulator actually assesses.

Aged care library NDIS library
Who it is for Support at Home and CHSP providers, and their associated providers Registered and registering NDIS providers, and independent support workers
How each document is built Each policy and procedure has a compliance mapping table: each obligation, the exact clause of the Aged Care Act 2024 or Aged Care Rules 2025 that creates it, and where the document meets it. Forms and registers cite the provisions they serve; participant documents are plain English Structured around the NDIS Practice Standards, with the module it belongs to shown on its cover
How currency is shown Each policy, procedure and register is stamped to the compilation of the Act and Rules it was mapped to, and every document shows its version Each document carries a version and review date, and belongs to a dated edition. The 2026 edition was updated in July 2026

How to choose Find my category, two minutes Find my NDIS pack, four questions

Four steps, then you are running

Step 1

Pick what fits

For aged care, the category check tells you which pack your registration needs. For the NDIS, the pack finder does.

Step 2

Download

Straight after checkout: open your order in your account, or use the link in your order email, sign in with your email address and download. Every document you own is also listed in My documents. Nothing is posted to you and there is nothing to install.

Step 3

Fill in your details

Enter your business name, legal entity, ABN and contacts in the placeholder fields, roll them through the set, and drop your logo into the marked zone.

Step 4

Review and adopt

Check each document fits your registration and your service, tailor the parts marked with guidance notes, then approve and date them.

The placeholder fields

Every document uses placeholder fields, so you enter your details and never hunt for stray references to somebody else's business. These are the main ones. Each pack includes a legend listing every field its documents use.

Field What goes in it
{{BUSINESS_NAME}} Your trading name, as participants know you
{{LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME}} {{ABN}} The entity that holds your registration, and its ABN
{{APPROVER_NAME}} {{DOCUMENT_OWNER}} Who approved each document and who owns it
{{APPROVAL_DATE}} {{NEXT_REVIEW_DATE}} {{VERSION}} The dates and version that make your document control real
Your logo Drop it into the marked logo zone in each Word document

Updates are a choice, not a countdown

Compliance documents go out of date fast. The Aged Care Rules 2025 moved through ten registered compilations in under a year, and the NDIS gained a new supplementary module for supported independent living from 1 July 2026.

A pack or document is a one-time purchase of the files as they stand on the day you buy them. They are yours permanently, and nothing expires. They do not change on their own. When the rules move we amend the affected documents, and the new versions go to anyone holding a current currency membership, in My documents in their account. The membership covers both libraries and is for pack owners: join within 30 days of buying a pack and the first month is free, then $29.99 a month; otherwise it is $89.97 a quarter (prices effective 01/10/2026). You can cancel at any time.

What these are not

Templates, not advice. They do not replace advice about your particular circumstances, and using them does not guarantee registration, audit success or compliance with any obligation.

They are also not evidence on their own. An assessor or auditor looks for completed registers, real training records and actual practice, not a folder of unread policies. Our documents are written to make that implementation obvious rather than to hide it.
