Bought the wrong pack? Contact us within 30 days and we will credit what you paid towards the correct one. You pay only the difference. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Every document assumes one person doing the work, so there is nothing to strip out about boards, managers or HR teams. The same format and placeholder set as the rest of the NDIS library, so you can grow into the Core Library later without starting again.
Delivery
Files download straight away from your account as editable Word documents, listed by document ID, with a placeholder legend and a personalisation guide. Replace the placeholder fields with your own details, drop your logo into the marked zone, and they are yours to use in one business.
Currency
These are the 2026 edition of the NDIS library, redesigned and updated in July 2026. Every document carries a version and review date, so you can always see how current your copy is. Every change we make is listed in the document change log.
This is a one-time purchase of the documents as they stand today. It does not include updates for later changes in the law or official guidance; corrections of errors are free. When NDIS rules or Commission guidance change we amend the affected documents, and those new versions go to anyone holding a current currency membership. The membership is for pack owners: join within 30 days of buying a pack and the first month is free, then $29.99 a month; otherwise it is $89.97 a quarter (prices effective 01/10/2026). You can cancel at any time. Cancelling never takes anything away from you.

They require customisation to your service and implementation in your practice: documents on their own are not evidence of compliance.
