Currency membership

For pack owners who join within 30 days of buying a pack: first month free, then $29.99 a month in Australian dollars until you cancel. Pack owners who join later, or rejoin, are billed $89.97 a quarter. Prices effective 01/10/2026. Cancel any time.

The membership is for pack owners. Add it when you buy a pack, or join later from My documents in your account. You keep every document you bought.

A pack buys you the documents. The membership keeps them current, and adds the part that is genuinely hard: knowing a change happened, what it means for you, and what to do about it.

Why this exists

In under a year the Aged Care Rules 2025 moved through ten registered compilations. The Support at Home Program Manual went from version 4.2 to 4.4, and one of those revisions substantially rewrote the pricing chapter. A provider working from a version six weeks old can be wrong about what they are allowed to charge and not know it.

What you get

• A monthly currency check. Every month we check the sources behind your documents and record the result in your account: the date, each source and version checked, and whether anything changed.
• Updated documents when the rules change. When a change affects a document you own, the new version appears in My documents.
• What changed, in plain English. Each update tells you which provision changed, which of your documents it touches, and what you may need to do in your service.
• A heads-up on what is coming. Many changes are registered months before they start, so we tell you what is on the way.
• Every Chapter & Clause document you own, aged care and NDIS, for one price.

If you cancel

Nothing is taken away. Every document you bought stays yours, stays licensed to you, and keeps working exactly as it did. Cancelling stops the next payment: your membership runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep the versions current on that day. No lock-in and no exit fee. If you rejoin later, the membership is billed quarterly.

What it is not

It is not advice, not a compliance service, and not a guarantee. We tell you what the law now says and which of your documents we changed because of it. What you do in your service is your decision.
