How the NDIS library is built
Every document is structured around the NDIS Practice Standards and shows the module it belongs to on its cover. One format and one placeholder set run across all 357 documents, so you personalise once and everything matches.

Delivery

Files download straight away from your account as editable Word documents, listed by document ID, with a placeholder legend and a personalisation guide. Replace the placeholder fields with your own details, drop your logo into the marked zone, and they are yours to use in one business.

Currency

These are part of the 2026 edition of the NDIS library, added on 18 September 2026. Every document carries a version and review date, so you can always see how current your copy is. Every change we make is listed in the document change log.

This is a one-time purchase of the documents as they stand today. It does not include updates for later changes in the law or official guidance; corrections of errors are free. When NDIS rules or Commission guidance change we amend the affected documents, and those new versions go to anyone holding a current currency membership. The membership is for pack owners: join within 30 days of buying a pack and the first month is free, then $29.99 a month; otherwise it is $89.97 a quarter (prices effective 01/10/2026). You can cancel at any time. Cancelling never takes anything away from you.

Licence

One business. Edit them, rebrand them, print them, store them in your own systems, and give them to your own workers, contractors and participants. You may not resell, sublicense or supply them to another business. Full terms.

These are editable templates and general information, not legal, clinical or financial advice. They require customisation to your service and implementation in your practice: documents on their own are not evidence of compliance. Using them does not guarantee registration, audit success or compliance with any obligation.
