High Intensity Supports Add-On Module
45 documents across the high intensity skills descriptor areas. Instant download. Add-on to the Core Library.
Who it is for: providers delivering high intensity daily personal activities who need structured documentation for each support. Requires the Core Library for the supporting policies.
Highlights
- One set per skills descriptor area: policy and procedure, care plan, competency assessment and monitoring record for complex bowel care, enteral feeding, severe dysphagia, tracheostomy, urinary catheter, ventilation, subcutaneous injection, complex wound management, and epilepsy and seizures.
- Framework documents: High Intensity Daily Personal Activities Policy, Worker Competency and Training Framework, High Intensity Support Risk Assessment, Health Support Coordination Policy, incident and emergency procedure, and a health practitioner delegation and written order template.
- Catheter care extended with drainage bag change, catheter maintenance solution and suprapubic catheter change records.
- Cross-referenced to the Core Library medication, incident and health records documents, so the two sets work as one system.

Bought the wrong pack? Contact us within 30 days and we will credit what you paid towards the correct one. You pay only the difference. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Delivery
Files download straight away from your account as editable Word documents, listed by document ID, with a placeholder legend and a personalisation guide. Replace the placeholder fields with your own details, drop your logo into the marked zone, and they are yours to use in one business.
Currency
These are the 2026 edition of the NDIS library, redesigned and updated in July 2026. Every document carries a version and review date, so you can always see how current your copy is. Every change we make is listed in the document change log.
This is a one-time purchase of the documents as they stand today. It does not include updates for later changes in the law or official guidance; corrections of errors are free. When NDIS rules or Commission guidance change we amend the affected documents, and those new versions go to anyone holding a current currency membership. The membership is for pack owners: join within 30 days of buying a pack and the first month is free, then $29.99 a month; otherwise it is $89.97 a quarter (prices effective 01/10/2026). You can cancel at any time. Cancelling never takes anything away from you.
